Abstract

In the article an analytical review of modern literature is conducted and the own clinical case of rhinosporidiosis of mucosa of the nasal cavity is presented. Rhinosporidiosis granuloma or Zeeber's disease is very rare deep mycosis with special form of chronic productive inflammation of the superficial mucous membranes and skin. Even in endemic areas this disease has not been studied enough. That's why our own clinical observation of rhinosporidiosis of the nasal mucosa of citizen of Ukraine who has never been in endemic areas is unique and may be of interest to otorhinolaryngologists.
