Назафорт в лікуванні хворих на сезонний алергічний риніт з сенсибілізацією до пилку бур'янів

Анотація

В статті наведено результати дослідження по застосуванню назального спрею “Назафорт захист від алергії” в лікуванні хворих на сезонний алергічний риніт. В групі пацієнтів, які використовували “Назафорт” у комбінації з левоцетиризином, спостерігався більш виражений та швидкий регрес об’єктивних та суб’єктивних клінічних проявів захворювання у порівнянні з групою хворих, які отримували тільки левоцетиризин. Отримані результати можна розглядати як непряме підтвердження відомих даних про бар'єрну властивість “Назафорту” при його інсуфляції в порожнині носа, що перешкоджає контакту алергену з шоковим органом.
