Анотація
Нюхова дисфункція може бути єдиним раннім клінічним проявом у пацієнтів з
COVID-19 без будь-яких інших значущих ознак. Вона є типовою для захворювання
і може виявитися значущою ознакою для
проведення тестування.
Мета огляду – зорієнтувати оториноларинголога в проблемі нюхової
дисфункції при SARS-CoV-2 інфекції.
Матеріали і методи: Авторами проведено аналіз наявних клінічних даних
з проблеми нюхової дисфункції при SARS-CoV-2 інфекції. Вивчено дані
статистики, клінічну симптоматику і патогенез. Для пояснення виникнення
аносмії у пацієнтів з COVID-19 розглянуті 4 можливих механізми: закладеність
носа та ринорея; загибель нейронів нюхових рецепторів; інфільтрація мозку і
ураження нюхових центрів; пошкодження опорних клітин нюхового епітелію.
Проведено аналіз клінічних випадків пацієнтів з тривалою ансомією на тлі
COVID-19.
Висновки: Нюх після COVID-19 в більшості спостережень відновлюється
без специфічного лікування. Відсутні повідомлення про дослідження хворих з
довготривалою аносмією. |
